1 General Introduction & Applicability

8bde is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform built for users in Bangladesh. This Terms and Conditions applies to all use of the 8bde website and mobile application.

By creating an account or using the 8bde platform, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.

2 Account Registration & Personal Information

To register an account on 8bde, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Accounts created with false or incorrect details may be suspended and any balance forfeited.

• Each person may register only one account
• The name, date of birth, and phone number provided at registration must be accurate
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility
• Sharing your account access with any third party is strictly prohibited
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to 8bde immediately

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, 8bde may request your ID, proof of address, or other documents at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal being placed on hold.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

8bdeYou must be at least 18 years old to open an account with us. Gambling or betting by minors is strictly prohibited, and we enforce this rule without exception.

• A national ID card or passport may be required for age verification
• Age verification may be carried out at any time if there is reasonable doubt
• Allowing minors to play using your account is prohibited

4 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

8bde processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support a range of mobile banking methods including Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 500
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 1,000
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: BDT 5,00,000
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours
• Withdrawals are only available on verified accounts
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit

Deposits from third-party bank accounts or mobile numbers are not accepted. If such a transaction is detected, it will be reversed and the account will be subject to investigation.

5 Betting Rules & Conditions

All bets on 8bde must be confirmed by the member before they are finalized. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed.

• Minimum bet amount: BDT 50
• Maximum bet amount: determined by event and market
• Odds in live betting may change at any time
• 8bde reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets placed on that event will be refunded
• Using multiple accounts to gain an advantage on the same event is prohibited

8bde reserves the right to cancel, limit, or suspend any bet, particularly if unusual betting patterns or system abuse are detected.

6 Bonus & Promotional Offers

8bde offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and other promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus carries its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

• The specified rollover requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited
• Bonuses are for betting use only and cannot be withdrawn directly
• Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the promotion expires
• 8bde reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8bde and will result in immediate account termination:

• Creating or operating more than one account
• Placing bets using software, bots, or any automated method
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Use of third-party accounts or payment methods
• Harassing or defrauding other members
• Attempting to pass KYC using false information

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8bde reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms and Conditions
• KYC verification failure
• Suspicious or Unusual Transactions
• Account inactivity for an extended period (12 months or more)
• Self-Exclusion at Member's Request

Members may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, the account will be closed once any pending withdrawals have been processed.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

8bde takes the protection of your personal information extremely seriously. We never sell your data to third parties. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy Policy.

• Your information is used only for service delivery and verification purposes
• You can opt out of promotional emails or SMS at any time

10 Limitation of Liability

8bde is not liable for the following:

• Losses resulting from internet connection disruptions
• Third-party service failures
• Unexpected technical errors or server downtime
• Password or account details compromised due to the member's own negligence

Wins and losses from betting are entirely the member's own responsibility. 8bde does not and cannot guarantee against any financial loss.

11 Terms Updates & Effective Date

8bde may update these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
